BIOGRAPHY
Gerardo Berdejo Cavagnaro was born in Lima in 1975. He entered the Ricardo Palma University in the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism in 1994, graduating in 1999. While in the upper third he obtained the title of Architect and Urbanist in 2001.
He gained experiences in various companies related to the field, but it was in 2001 that he found a job niche in his family business Saturno 21 SA, actively participating in various multi-family building projects.
In parallel to his professional life, his passion for nature and wildlife increases, developing his sensitivity in design and perception in relation to clients.
The destination takes him to Spain in 2003 to pursue a master's degree in sustainable buildings at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and then return to Lima and rejoin his family business. Then, in 2005, he completed the Diploma in Ecoproject Management and Sustainable Architecture taught by the Universidad Privada del Norte.
He again traveled to Madrid, Spain in 2007 to join the multinational OHL in the construction of the Oran Convention Center megaproject in the neighboring country of Algeria.
He returned to Lima in 2011 with much more experience and in the following years he collaborated for the De Col arquitectos studio and again in his family business.
Having accumulated invaluable experience at all levels, in 2013 he formed his own architecture and graphic design company where he has been carrying out various architectural and marketing projects to this day.
Between 2016 and 2017 a new adventure began, this time as a teacher at the Peruvian University of Art ORVAL and between 2018 and 2019 at the Instituto Superior Cibertec in the careers of Interior Architecture and Interior Design respectively. During those years, he transmitted all possible knowledge to his students, who gave him very high marks.
In his architectural projects, he is concerned with bioclimatic technology, energy saving, recycling and its practicality when combining function and form, aided by the geometry that living organisms provide us.
With his clients he will always have a personalized and quality treatment without any type of discrimination, that added to his vocation of service and commitment; They offer you the possibility of applying Corporate Social Responsibility in certain projects in the most disadvantaged areas of the country.
